Fun Finds & Designs, locally owned and operated by Betty Anderson, offers great deals on both consigned and new items. The shabby chic location, bursting with sunflowers, offers furniture, art, lamps and lighting fixtures, area rugs, home accents, bed frames and so many other treasures. Each piece is unique, in great condition, and priced affordably.
There are opportunities for some major savings with the store’s pricing system. After 31 days of an item being at the store a 10 percent discount is taken from the original price, after 61 days a 20 percent discount, 91 days a 30 percent discount and after 121 days a 50 percent discount.
If you interested in making extra money and clearing out some clutter consider, becoming a consignor. Simply bring your old treasures to the store duringbusiness hours. For larger items such as furniture either e-mail a photo or stop by the store to make arrangements. Checks are cut on the 10thof the each month to consignors for their goods sold.
The store also offers a variety of design services and free workshops. Although it has only been open a month, upcoming topics for the free workshops include how to work with color, arranging furniture for maximum use of space, and custom furniture painting.
