SWAINSBORO, GA I’m one half of a twosome that, at first glance, personifies the phrase “opposites attract.” While I can appreciate a nice glass of wine, my guy doesn’t understand the difference between Chardonnay and Arbor Mist. He’s a Hunter (it’s literally his name), and I’m the girl who can’t comprehend the combination of camo and bright orange vests. (Doesn’t that defeat the purpose?) Though, truth be told, we’re really more alike than it seems. I may enjoy the finer things in life, but I’m still a country girl at heart. I like a night out on the town every once in a while, but I prefer a weekend of seclusion in nature, where the crickets chirp and the stars shine bright.
